CICRM Graduate Postgraduate
Graduates will explain the philosophy and principles of TQM, design quality management systems aligned with ISO standards, apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and lead strategic quality improvement projects.

Candidates must attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions, complete all twelve taught modules, pass all continuous assessments and examinations, and successfully complete and defend the Capstone Quality Improvement Project to be awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Total Quality Management.
